Clients must not be under to any sort of mind altering drug. Inappropriate actions by any client can result in the termination of the session. All clients are required to have appropriate hygiene.
Communication and Privacy
Open communication is really important to us. If you have any wishes or questions, please feel free to share them. Confidentiality has been taken quite seriously. You may be confident that all medical information is kept confidential and strictly private.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, check and cash. Payment by check or cash whenever possible is appreciated.
Gratuities are greatly appreciated by LMT and are preferred in cash.
Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out a health intake questionnaire and discuss with your therapist what you would like to concentrate on. If you’re late to your session, we’ll do our utmost to accommodate you for the time you’ve left without penalizing the following customer.
Discount Package are available for purchase. Packages are good within 1 year after the purchase date. This can not be combined with other offers.
Please specify that you are pregnant when booking, so we may schedule you with a Prenatal Certified Therapist. If you are scheduling an appointment for your partner or a friend who is expecting, you must notify us upon booking the reservation.
LATENESS AND Absolute POLICY CANCELATION
Clients are given a 5 minute grace period, during which we’ll call to find out they’re on your way. Please call us if you know you’re running late, so we can help you handle the situation. You are liable for the time of your appointment. Our cancelation policy extends to the day of appointment as well, so you are blocking another person from the slot. You’re going to be paid 100% of the fee. It’s yours until you take it. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the fee. If you arrive late, we will try our best to accommodate you, but your appointment is tied to a time slot, we cannot go into the next slot, you will be charged 100% of the fee. If you need reschedule day of, it is considered a cancellation, and you will be charged 100% of the fee. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULE MUST BE DONE 24 HOURS PRIOR TO YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT and will be free of charges. Appointment Reservations Using the Mobile Application: To reserve appointments for massage sessions through the Mobile Application, you will be required to enter your credit card details*, which is used by the independently owned and operated Revive Massages Studio location where you book your massage session. Upon completion of your appointment, payment is due at your independently owned and operated Revive Massages studio location. You consent to the Cancellation Policy by making an appointment via the Application (details of forms / policies). You will update your account information immediately for any changes that may arise (for example, a change in your billing address or credit card expiry date), Revive Massages Studio will not store your credit card information entered through the Mobile Application, there is no fee on your credit card and you do not have any access to your credit card data.
