Founder / Registered Massage Therapist
In 2012, I received my certification in Swedish or Relaxing Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point and Joint Mobilization from the European Massage Therapy School.
I worked as a therapeutic massage educator for over six years, which prepared me for the challenge of working with people who suffer from chronic pain, particularly in the shoulders and neck, as well as headaches, sciatica, and hip pain.
My professional training and experience working at the Four Season Hotel Spa, Polo Towers Resorts Spa, Massage Envy and most recently my own Studio have provided me with the necessary tools to customize each massage, combining many modalities into one very distinct style aimed at achieving the best therapeutic results for the client’s specific needs. To achieve long-term results, I utilize a combination of Myo-facial, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Active Release, Stretches Techniques and other therapeutic techniques. I continue to improve my abilities by taking a variety of courses to broaden my knowledge, such as: A Detailed Approach to Low Back Pain, Scar Tissue Management, Proprioception and the Body Sense, Advanced Deep Tissue Muscular Therapy Techniques: low back and neck, and others.
I also perform Hydrotherapy, Reflexology, Prenatal Massage, Stone Massage, Wood Therapy, Kinesiology Taping and Cupping Therapy.
I became a masseuse because I have personally experienced the incredible benefits of massage and want to help others achieve optimal health. As a result, over the years, I’ve specialized in assisting many people in finding relief from tension and associated discomfort, as well as enhanced range of motion and relaxation, also assist you in achieving your treatment goals by providing home-care such as stretches, and hydrotherapy.
My goal is to assist you achieve greater harmony and balance in your body, mind, and spirit, resulting in a healthier and happier you.
